In this Frank Capra comedy, there are a few (very few) named female characters and, on those rare occasions that they talk to one another, it's almost always about the hero, Mr. Deeds.

The one brief exception involves minor characters Jane and Amy at Mr. Deeds' sanity hearing where they whisper to one another before answering questions. They identify not only Deeds, but also the citizens of Mandrake Falls (some of whom are men, of course) and the presiding male judge as "pixilated."

Mary Dawson/Louise "Babe" Bennett talks to her "sister" Mabel while Mabel is painting. Babe is feeling sad and Mabel tries to figure out what is wrong. Although Babe is sad about being in love with Longfellow Deeds, that's not revealed in the conversation - Mabel is just trying to figure out why Babe is sad, and then ends it with the suggestion that they should take a girls' night out on the town.

I agree with Emil, above. Babe and her roommate (Mabel) have a brief conversation about Babe, Babe's article, and going out. The article Babe is writing is about Deeds, but the conversation doesn't mention him:

Mabel: What's the matter, hon?
Babe: Nothing.
Mabel: What's up, Babe? Something's eating you.
Babe: No, it's nothing.
Mabel: My unfailing instinct's telling me something's gone wrong with the stew.
Babe: Don't be ridiculous.
Mabel: (looking at Babe's article) You haven't gotten very far, have you? That's where you were an hour ago. Come on, let's knock off and go down to Joe's--the gang's waiting for us.
Babe: I can't write it, Mabel. I don't know what's the matter with me.
Mabel: Uh-uh.
