To get a bit more specific:
1- Lisle and Madeleine talk about the magic potion which will make her younger and forever desirable, methods of payment, and the requirement of leaving the public eye in twenty years' t ime.
2- There is an hilarious moment in which Helen and Madeleine are talking about their plans for the future with Ernest present, treating him as though he were invisible or was not there.
3- They fight with the spades while saying all kind of wickedly delirious things. The conversation goes on afterwards, mainly talking about their teenage years, while Meryl Streep has to hold up his head by her hair because of her neck like chewing-gum.
4- At the end, Helen and Madeleine are arguing and mocking each other about their physical appearance and about the loss of a paint spray can by Helen.

Colby disagreed with the rating and said:
In my opinion, “Death Becomes Her” is not a film which successfully passes the Bechdel Test. The two lead female characters constantly talk about and fight with each other for the affections of Ernest (a man) and are stereotypical and shallow in their pursuit of supernatural plastic surgery. The only way Death Becomes Her could be interpreted as pro feminist is if you accept it as a satire.
