Zoot of Castle Anthrax gives orders to some of her female subordinates to (whom she refers to as "midget" and "crapper", although it's uncertain whether these are their real names or just insulting nicknames). They thank her profusely and she orders them away.

In my opinion it is somewhat dubious as to whether or not this constitutes a conversation.

But as her orders are for them to prepare a bed for Sir Galahad, this does not pass the third test.

There are no other conversations between women in the movie.

It is two out of three, but Zoot also talks to Dr. Piglet and Dr. Winston (using their names) and tells them to practice their art.

To be fair, it was written and almost entirely acted by six men. Monty Python is actually quite good at this test, because they do have a fair number of sketches with the various cast members in drag discussing various things other than their menfolk. Although seeing as that’s men pretending to be women it might fail the first test...
