In my opinion it is somewhat dubious as to whether or not this constitutes a conversation.
But as her orders are for them to prepare a bed for Sir Galahad, this does not pass the third test.
There are no other conversations between women in the movie.

Monty Python is actually quite good at this test, because they do have a fair number of sketches with the various cast members in drag discussing various things other than their menfolk. Although seeing as that’s men pretending to be women it might fail the first test...
