This isn't dubious. There's a point where the guideline of 'if a character's name is unknown it doesn't count' can and should be ignored. If you remove all of the unnamed characters and find that the movie doesn't actually exist, you can probably start counting unnamed characters.
Mary, Terri and Cheri are three of the main characters from the movie. They talk about stuff other than men. There's nothing dubious about this pass.
There are three female characters (Mary, Terri, and Cheri.) In the beginning Mary and Terri have small talk, and later on, Terri and Cheri shop for groceries and talk about talking in bed. Terri and Cheri also briefly discuss the painting in the museum where Cheri works.
