Frank's wife Jane speaks with her friend Louise (as part of a Thelma and Louise parody sub-plot). But while subjects not directly involving a man are briefly touched on, the conversations basically revolve around a men (Louis's husband in the court scene, Frank after Jane leaves him, and a nameless man Jane mistakenly believes she has killed.)
There are conversations near the start of the movie between the women in a courtroom (effectively every adult in the court except the defendant is female), but these conversations revolve around the defendant and his failure to pay child support. Most of these women remain unnamed.
There is also a very brief exchange between Tanya and Rocco's mother (basically "Ma" telling Tanya to put some clothes on and asking why Tanya is wearing her swimsuit), but Rocco's mother is unnamed in the movie, referred to only as "Ma".

But then again, presumably Rocco Dillon's mother is named Mrs. Dillion, so she might count as a named character. But since Tanya doesn't respond to her, this still doesn't count as a conversation.
