The character Ursula, played by Marisa Coughlin, is not only clearly the most competent law enforcement officer portrayed in the movie, but also has a winning, witty comeback for every bit of sexism thrown at her. At no point is she the fool for a man's joke, and often the reverse is the case.

However, the rating is correct. If only they had named Governor Jessman's aide.
