The cast of 'The Unborn' is roughly 50/50 female/male, with a woman in the starring role. During the course of the film, Casey is shown talking to her best friend Romy on a number of occasions. Mostly the conversations focus on the demon that's stalking her, but they also engage in idle chat. The two have a third friend, Lisa, who's only shown briefly in a few scenes.
Casey also talks with Holocaust survivor Sofi Kozma about the demon, as well as about her own mother, whom it also terrorized.
Additionally, Casey exchanges a few words with Mrs. Newton about her eye, after she was attacked by Mrs. Newton's young son while babysitting. (Probably this falls into the category of "about a man"?)
