It has at least two women: Mama Coffey and Joy Bannock.
They have two (very) brief interactions during the movie. The first is before Sanka's push cart derby. Joy asks Mama "Is Sanka ready?"
This in my mind would qualify it for at least 2 out of 3 tests.
Their only other interaction is toward the end, when they're watching the Olympics at the tavern in Jamaica. The sportscaster makes some snide remark, to which Joy says "That fool better watch his mouth...". To this, Mama replies "He'd better watch MORE than that!"

If you accept the idea that they're not talking about the actual sportscaster (a man), but rather the indignation of his comment, then this film should tecnically pass all 3 tests.

I agree with the rating. I don't buy their exchange as being solely about the indignation of the newscaster's comment, because even if it is, the indignation still comes from the insult to the efforts of the all-male Jamaican team, who are the two women's loved ones.. so it would be, at best, 2 out of 3.. if you count that exchange. I don't even count that, because an interaction that lasts less than 30 seconds hardly qualifies as a conversation, especially considering the movie features multiple male characters who have lengthy conversations about topics that don't include women.

Thats not the rule. It doesn't say "Who Have a Conversation"
