It's quite funny, because the movie passes the test on its very first dialogue, when Lucy and Charlotte are complaining about the lack of a view of the Arno in their room.

This movie and The Exorcist were the first two I thought of when I heard about the Bechdel test as passes, and I'm glad I found this site to confirm it! I love A Room with a View dearly. It's gorgeous and funny, with two terrific central female characters (and actresses). Plus, some full frontal male nudity (albeit brief), which never hurts. Is it feminist? Not by my definition. But refreshing even after all these years? Yes.
