The only time women speak to each other is when Pocahontas (never actually named as such in the film, although she gets a new name later, so she should count as a named character) talks to Mary. However, there is never a direct conversation that isn't about a man. They do, though, talk about other things to each other (gold, clothes) without the other responding, making it dubious whether these should count as conversations.
