The two female polie officers Reese and Foley talk to each other about Jennifer and how young she looks, even though they think she's 47. When they have brought her to Hilldale, one of them says it's "nothing but a breeding ground for tranks, lobows and zipheads", but that could refer to both men and women. They help Jennifer into the house and tell her to be more careful in the future. So, they're definitely not only talking about men - hardly at all if you don't count the "breeding ground" talk.
