I'm not sure it's a 'conversation'. Doesn't One Night simply say:

"Oh hi Lindsay".

And thats it!
They actually don't talk to eachother ABOUT anything - fails test 3, and maybe 2 if you're feeling picky.

They have another two-sentence "conversation" when they're heading out to the submarine in their submersibles and trade status reports with each other. And another exchange at the sub, but that's about the divers (who are all men) so that fails #3.

And there are several other places where they direct remarks to each other during general discussions amongst a group of people, but I'm not entirely sure there's a real conversation between them anywhere in the movie.
