This is all very vague for the moment. Kate gives the film 3/3 with no explanation. Liz indicates the scene she presumes Kate’s rating is based on, and seems both to agree and disagree with her.
The correct rating is 1/3.
There are at least two named women (Annie Hall, Tessie, and several others).
The scene Liz refers to does not qualify since neither mothers have names: the credits have ‘Alvy’s mom’ and ‘Mom Hall’ and no names occur in the dialogs.
At no other place do two of the named women interact.
