The action and story is largely driven by two female protagonists. One is Lt. Cdr Vexille Sera an agent who is sent with a team to investigate happenings in Japan and is the only one to make it without being captures or killed. The other is Maria, the leader of a rebel fighter faction. The story revolves around these two characters and their leadership in taking down an evil corporation.
