It's a pretty close run thing - there are lots of important female characters, but nearly every conversation between two women is about Victor. I think the only exceptions are some small talk between the two mothers and Emily and the Black Widow singing about Emily's qualities over Victoria. To be fair, the reverse test is similarly dubious-it's a movie about a couple getting married and most conversations are centered around that.

The conversations had by the named female characters is about the wedding and the men involved, they aren't full conversations on there own. Also I wouldn't say the spider counts as a named character.
