This is an interesting case, actually. The movie passes, but only barely:
- There are exactly two women in it, no more. I don't even remember seeing any female extras (seriously, just by headcount, even Lawrence of Arabia or Saving Private Ryan had more women).
- They have exactly one conversation with each other
- Which is only barely not about a man.

And yet this is actually a very feminist movie. Hua Mulan is a strong character with personality, and the movie is about her: her strong and weak points, her struggles, how she rises above herself, and all this about her first and foremost as a person, not as a woman.
The other woman is also fairly important, but has less say, as she is being shut up because she is a woman.
And in the end, both women get what they were fighting for.

Contrary to what Anna said, there are a number of female extras, though mainly at the beginning of the movie. You also see numerous women working in the fields. For the rest of the film Mulan is the only woman because they're in the army, where women were not allowed to be.
I also think that Grandmother Fa should count, because even though she isn't named it's unlikely that she would have been referred to by name by the family anyway.
