The original text has a conversation between Lady Capulet and the Nurse in which they discuss Juliet's age and how she has grown up. (Act 1, Scene III.) I don't know if this scene was preserved in the film.

Yes, this scene is in Zeffirelli's film when Lady Capulet, the Nurse, and Juliet debate whether Juliet is 13 or 14; then they discuss the Nurse's daughter Susan, the effect on Juliet of the bawdy jokes the Nurse's husband used to tell, as well as Juliet's nursing habits and personality as a baby and toddler. The scene ends with Juliet's mother asking Juliet to describe her current "disposition to be married." "It is an honor that I dream not of," Juliet replies.
