The main character, Joker the Harlequin, is a trans woman who has many conversations with her mother not about men. Subjects include mental illness, stand-up comedy, and gender dysphoria.
If applying an intersectional lens of the Bechdel Test to encompass marginalized genders beyond female (trans men, non-binary people, etc), it passes with flying colors. Joker and her trans boyfriend Mr. J have many conversations not about cis-men. Joker has two separate conversations between non-binary characters Poison Ivy and Mx. Mxyzptlk not about cis-men.
