Roxanne and Stacey end up talking about Max whenever they're together on screen.

I disagree with this rating! Stacey and Roxanne are shown talking about the party that Stacey is planning. I would argue that counts by technicality.

Happy 30th Birthday Goofy Movie! Disney+ movie timestamp at 01:08:21 between 1) two named female characters: Roxanne (Kellie Martin) and Stacey (Jenna von Oy); 2) who talk about 3) an an issue planning *Stacy's* party. Yes, Powerline is a man but the conversation is not about him, it's about *her* party. Bonus points that Stacey is Student Body President and gets more respect than Principal Mazur. Quote: Stacey and Roxanne enter the scene in mid-conversation with very fast but still fully formed sentences not about a man: "Then my parents' air conditioner went on the fritz. I figured with all those kids in my house, the place would be like a sauna. So I'm all freaked out. But then I thought, like, use it" before referencing Powerline in the theme and then looking over at Max.
