Sheila brings Diana a sweet tea "for the road," Diana asks Sheila about the cell reception and Sheila tells her she's in "the land time forgot". Its a quick exchange but it isn't about a man.
In another scene Sheila is showing Diana to her room, they do have a conversation about the state of her accommodations but the conversation does quickly devolve into a threat for Diana to 'stay away from Nick'.
In another scene, Sheila checks in on Diana who is nervous before a match. She brings her skimpy clothes designed to disrupt her male opponent's focus. The beginning of the conversation isn't about a man but the reason they're even talking at all is so that Sheila can give her the clothes.
