The mother, Doris, and Kevin’s wife Pam, have a conversation before the funeral of one of Doris’s sons. The pass is a bit of a technicality, I think, but I think it’s worth noting especially since it’s such a male-centric movie (albeit one that is hypercritical of toxic masculinity).
