There are actually a few brief exchanges between Roger's wife and daughters, although they're pretty much all about him or Riggs. Not exactly meaningful conversations, but they do "talk to each other".

This is one of those frustrating movies because there are many named females and many of them are relevant to the plot, but if you pay close attention none of them really talk to each other. Dixie is in the room with Amanda Hunsacker but they don't speak. The mother talks to the girls in terms of giving them orders like "we've had guests before" but no real conversations. I'm giving this a 2/3 because the mother and daughter briefly exchange words but its about Riggs.
