Probably more named female characters than previous Fletch films, but only once do two named women have a conversation. Its very brief, its in Italian, and its entirely possible they are talking about the protagonist, Fletch. After the very brief Italian conversation all the English dialog is about a man or men in general. I'm saying its a pass but not a good pass.
