This movie does does pass the complete test. Sassy the cat talks to her female owner Hope in one of the first scenes during the parents' wedding. Hope wants to feed Sassy who first denies and then takes the offered food. Hope also talks to Sassy in the final scene and Sassy "responds" to her words. It should count as a "dialogue" although Hope does not hear/understand Sassy because the main characters are animals who "respond" unheard to the humans.
Later Hope tells her cat that the farmer (I forgot her name, think it was Cathrine?) will care for her, then asks Cathrine something like "Will you?" to which she responds "of course", so we have talk between two human females.
There is also "dialogue" between Cathrine and Sassy.

I think there's also dialogue between the mom and her mother at the end of the movie, while they are preparing the thanksgiving dinner. I'm not sure what they are talking about, but I think it's family life, not especially the husband or sons.

I agree with Watcher above; there are at least two scenes with two human females discussing something other than men.
Hope talks to the farmer (called Kate) about Sassy, asking her to take care of her.
Then, at the end, the mother (Laura) is talking with an old woman (presumably a neighbour) - the woman gives her a pie and asks how her children are doing, to which she replies that they're doing ok.
