Yes, this is what it’s about, but mainly Charlies addictions and how it affects him. After his mother died, he hallucinated her telling him to go to Bucharest. He faced his challenges with Nigel (Mads Mikkelsen) and Gabi Ibanescu (Evan Rachel).
