Helga briefly talks with Wilhelmina Packard while the two of them and the captain are attempting to figure out a noise. In addition Kida talks to her mother at the beginning of the movie. While the mother doesn't have a name (at least in movie itself), it's not like she's Guard #3.

As others above have stated, this film should pass. It has multiple named female characters, and at least one instance in which two of them speak - Helga and Packard argue over the radio.

I think the rating is correct. There are multiple scenes in which multiple women talk, but I wouldn’t say they ever talk TO EACH OTHER
