There's really only one female character whose name is stated, and that's Hikari, Taichi's sister. Their mother is present, but isn't named, although a quick google search shows her name is Yuko. Sora and Mimi also have cameos, but likewise aren't named. At any rate, no female characters ever speak to each other.
