While the test is correct (Minnie and Daisy do talk to each other, but only about Mickey and Donald, and Clarabelle only ever speaks to Pete and Goofy), I feel it important to say that this movie is a parody of such tropes. Its over-exaggerated portrayal of typical Disney characters and formulas are prevalent throughout the movie (such as Pete being an over-the-over-the-top villain, Goofy and Clarabelle having a beyond rushed romance, and pretty much every song being a parody of typical songs in Disney films (villain songs - King of France, romance songs - Chains of Love, "I Want" songs - Love So Lovely, et cetera)), so Minnie and Daisy are indeed one-dimensional representations, but then again, so is every character (except maybe Donald, Goofy, and Clarabelle), as that is where the comedy comes from with the parody.
