Coffy has a somewhat long conversation with a prostitute called Priscilla, but it's entirely to inquire about two of the bad guys.
There's a scene at a brothel where the prostitutes, some named, some not, talk amongst each other, but all the back-and-forth is about men.
Coffy has a little sister, Lubelle, and is seen talking to her, but Lubelle doesn't answer.
