This test passes the Bechdel test. There are two female characters who have names and a conversation about something other than men. Tess meets Catherine for an informal interview at a coffee shop. While we don’t hear their work-related conversation, we do hear them discuss Tess’s Air bnb and the part of town she is in.

I remember the main character having a conversation during her job interview with another women. They talked about the job and her qualifications as well as what part of town she is staying in. Am I wrong? Both are named too.

I don't think this is correct. There is a job interview scene between two named women, Tess and Catherine, and the subject is her job and the airbnb she stays at.

Tess and The Mother have a caveman-like conversation. Very brief, but still happened.

After loving the movie and it's social commentary on destructive and oppressive patriarchal constructs, I was shocked when I saw it did not pass the test, however after a re-watch the main character Tess has a job interview with the named female documentarian Catherine James. Tess goes to the interview and afterwards they have a chat about the neighborhood that Tess is staying in, how unsafe it is, and how unbelievable it is that there would be an Air B&B there. It's a short conversation, no more than a minute long, however the movie goes out of it's way to name Catherine and the conversation places further emphasis on the dangerous situation Tess has found herself in. Not 100% sure if this passes the test by everyone's standards, but it's worth another look, especially given the movies feminist themes.

The director Tess interviews with in the beginning of the film is named Bonnie Zane, (Tess mentions her to Keith in an earlier scene). They discuss the neighborhood she is staying in as being unsafe

Tess and Catherine James have an interview and conversation about where Tess is staying.

The final scene of The Mother and Tess could be understood as a conversation as well. It was limited vocabulary, but an exchange intentions were had.

The female protagonist has an interview with a female documentarian about the contents of the job, the area, and work experience. 3/3 pass.

This rating seems questionable. 25 minutes into the movie, Tess meets with Catherine for a job interview and afterward they have a conversation about Tess's living situation while she is in town.

Passes with a conversation between the protagonist Tess (Georgina Campbell) at the end of her interview with Catherine (Kate Nichols), where they briefly discuss the AirBNB in a bad neighborhood.

A quick moment, but definitely a 3 of 3.
