The only relationships Patrizia has with female characters are with Pina and Paula and all they talk about are men.
We can include her 2 only dialogues with her mother which are also about a man.

I have to disagree.
When Pina reads Patrizia her tarot cards she tells Patrizia she should wear more red and green, for protection and glancing. When Patrizia says she doesn't like green and it doesn't goes with her lipstick. Pina shrugs and tells her to wear green underwear.
It's a stupid conversation. But it shows how these two weird characters think.
