Whether this movie passes is dependent on how you classify Frank after the forced gender reassignment surgery. Frank has conversations with Dr. Rachel Jane, Johnnie, and Ting Li. Since the surgery was performed on Frank against his will and he clearly doesn't identify as a woman after the surgery, I don't consider him to be a woman, regardless of the changes to his body, so I give this a fail.
