This growth story about a young woman has many scenes where two women talk about men, but there is at least one scene where the female protagonist (Marjorie) talks with her female friend (Marsha) about acting and life aspirations after a theater rehearsal. This occurs approximately 10 minutes into the film. Although they do mention males ("boys") in the lengthy conversation, the conversation is clearly "about" something else than men.
