There are two named female characters who appear in the same scene (Felicia and Vickie in the museum). They interact with each other exclusively through the Joker.
Like, Vickie has questions that she obviously wants to ask Felicia, but she chooses to ask the Joker instead.

Vicki Vale ask a question ABOUT ALICIA but she ask through the Joker which isn't the same as talking to each other. So yes, this movie only passed ONE part.
