I would argue that the scene is about highlighting Jon's boredom in that kind of job, so it's all about him, really.
But yes, rules-as-writen could classify that scene as approved by the Bechdel Test.

However, in the focus group scene, there are two minor female characters with nametags that say "Kim" and "Peggy". The focus group is led by an unnamed woman who comments on their contributions; the focus group is first about keywords related to America, then try to come up with a name for a product.
I think it's dubious because Jon and another male character are also involved in this conversation.
