They talk to each other: multiple times; About something besides a man: even though they do, they also talk about Ani's uncle and other men.
There's also a really strong bond between them developed in the movie.

How doesn't that movie pass the test based on the comment of the person rating it ?
Why would the fact that they also talk about some men cancel the fact that they talk about something else ?
The 3rd test doesn't say they can't talk about a man !

The movie passes the test on all points many times,
Even the trailer shows point 2 and 3 passing with ease,

The confusion seems to mainly be there about misinterpretation of the Bechdel test, they have many conversations bot about man, they also do have some about man, therefore it passes all 3 parts of the test
