At the start of the high school reunion, Arlene gives a name tag to Debbie (who has a radio show) and tells her, sarcastically, "Just love your show". Debbie replies "Well, you're our demographic."
In the bar, a drunk Amy says "Debbie, I love your show. It's so timeless." Debbie replies "Yeah, it does run a little long sometimes."
Both exchanges are brief and neither moves the plot forward.
I also think that Martin's mother, Mary, and her nurse, who Mary refers to as "Nurse Scott", have a brief conversation, in which Nurse Scott tells Mary "You're gonna be okay, honey," and Mary responds with some nonsense rhymes.
Marcella has a one-sided business conversation on the phone with Janice, and another phone conversation about recipies with Amelia, but we don't hear the other women.
