Right in the end of the film Lally asks Tina to tell her about how things are going for MACUSA. One phrase only but it makes it pass the test.

For a series thats been called progressive it really doesnt give to many women agency or real character development. It is really THAT hard to make two women talk to each other about something besides men, if only for a short conversation?
