There are two named female characters, Greta (but see spoilers section) and Suzy. They both speak in each others' presence, and about technical matters such as 'surge sickness' rather than just men/romance/reproduction...but arguably not to each other.

Spoilers below:

The two characters appear to mutually distrust each other and so don't address each other, but there are additional reasons why they can't be said to talk to each other.

Greta is not human, but her gender performance in regards to Thom is female, so under some definitions she could be regarded as being female.

Suzy is not real, but rather a simulation Greta is putting into Thom's mind based on his memories of the real Suzy, who is dead.

However, even the simulation of Suzy does not think Greta is real because she can 'see' that Greta is not what she seems (it is not clear why this would be; this is a plot point that differs from the short story the episode is based on, so one is left to surmise that either Thom's subconscious is fighting against Greta's simulation and manifesting Suzy's objections as a way of communicating with his conscious mind, or Greta is dropping hints about Thom's reality in preparation for a later confession).

The short story the episode is based on also does not pass the Bechdel test, for near-identical reasons.
