You could take any 5 random minutes out of this movie and it would pass the test with flying colors. Most of Quinn's dialogue is with her best friend Jas about dancing, but she also has multiple exchanges with her mother, the Duke University interviewing lady, and her fellow dancers, about dancing, studying, life aspirations, and all sorts of stuff.
In point of fact, Work It fails the reverse Bechdel Test - there is no scene with two men talking to each other.
