If you count a few comments that Charlotte Haze makes to Dolores 'Lolita' Haze about fidgeting with a doll, scolding her about playing loud music, screaming at her about going to summer camp, and yelling at her about where she left a picnic basket, or their maid, Louise, bidding them farewell, then I guess it passes.

The first test states "two [named] women". One of the key points about this novel, and hence the film, is that Dolores (Lolita) is a child. Therefore any conversations involving her surely cannot count.
Further, the maid bidding them farewell barely counts as "talking to each other".
