Many strong female leads, who have their own ambitions, also Nebula and Gamora talk about their relationship and being sisters.

I do not remember a single conversation between Nebula and Gamora that did not mention Thanos or the other Guardians of the Galaxy (most of whom are male)

There’s also comments between Natasha, Carol, and Okoye about the state of the universe post-snap.

Okoye tells Natasha about an earthquake. Nebula (and Rocket, which may invalidate this particular example) tell Natasha about a bad lead for a space mission. Nebula tells Gamora about how she used to try to kill her, before becoming more like sisters.

There's also the sequence in the final battle that's entirely female heroes. If the Gamora-Nebula sections are invalidated by Thanos being mentioned, that scene may edge it out by, despite the context of the final battle, Thanos not being immediately present within the scene where the rest of them gather to defend Danvers.

Here are the passing points as I see them

Pass (1) 12:39 Natasha & Captain Marvel:
N: "Hey, we usually work as a team here and between you and I, morale's a little fragile." (This is still just an adjunct to a larger discussion about Thanos, but nevertheless, it is not about him)

Pass (2) 26:40 Natasha & Okoye
N: “You got any reading on those tremors?”
O: “It was a mild subduction under the African plate.” (This conversation continues on the same subject concluding at 26.52 with Okoye saying “We handle it by not handling it.”)

Pass (3) 26:53 Natasha & Captain Marvel
N: “Carol, are we seeing you here next month?”
CM: “Not likely…” (At this point the conversation is joined by a male raccoon-based life-form, but the subject remains why she cannot return next month)

Pass (4) 1:14:00 Nebula & Gamora
G: “You're welcome.”
N: “I didn't ask for your help.”
G: “And yet, you always need it.” (They then switch to talking about Thanos)

Pass (5) 1:28:43 Frigga & Attendants
F: “My ladies, I'll see you after. Go on.” (Borderline: she speaks to her attendants for about 2 seconds)

Pass (6) 2:10:54 Nebula, Nebula (2014 version) & Gamora (2014 version)
G (2014): “Stop.”
N (2014): “You're betraying us?”
N: “You don't have to do this.”
N (2014): “I am... this.”
G (2014): “No, you're not.”
N: “You've seen what we become.”
G (2014): “Nebula, listen to her.”
N: “You can change.”
N (2014) “He won’t let me.”
(Although the 2014 version of Nebula mentions her father at the end, the subject remains whether she can change)
Possible borderline Pass 1:10:07 Frigga & Attendants
(Frigga is clearly talking to her female attendants although it is in the background, beginning with “If you could send for…” I couldn’t discern the person/object, so it is unclear if this is about a man, or not.)

N.B.: The assembly of female characters at 2:27:01 is not an example of passing the Bechdel test, because the only spoken words are directed at Spiderman. Wanda says “Don't worry.” to him and Okoye adds, “She’s got help.”

I would like to add that some of the passes I mentioned previously are only partial, because not all criteria are met for each one. However, I think the movie makes it overall mainly due to Gamora and Nebula discussing whether the latter can change, because the "he won't let me" comment at the end is not the topic of the conversation.

Marvel has started to be more feminist and we can watched in scenes from this film, most of all in one scene with Nebula and Gamora

Is there not a scene where Gomora looks to Nebula and says, "really? him?" and Nebula says, "the choices were him, or a tree."

It's a stretch, but still...

According to me this movie has one hundred percent passed the Bechdel test because there are strong female characters. Like Nebula , Gamora , Natasha and many more. Although they have spoken about men they did not talk in a romantic tone.

The truth, there is less female in action in the movie. The only female action it was mostly at the end of the movie, but they didn't talk to each other it was more like helping each other. The thing is, they don't even talk that much when there is a female interaction with another female interaction. The only female interaction it was the two daughters of Thanos, but it wasn't that big of interaction. Well, this movie was more male interaction than any other female character.
