Women work for a lying, egotistical, sexist pig. They take over his job and make the workplace more productive.

The women in this film talk a great deal to each other as it primarily a film about female solidarity in the workplace. However, due to his megalomania, there is an awful lot of chat about Mr. Hart, their boss and the catalyst for the story. They do have other types of conversations/exchanges, but many are about him.

This barely passes the Bechdel test because the vast majority of conversations are either with men, or about men, in particular one horrible man.
However for general feminism this passes with flying colors. It was probably the first female-focused workplace comedy and shows all the women as strong and capable and also respectful towards each other. In fact its difficult to recall too many female focused workplace comedies since this one.
