There are multiple times when the main character talks to her friend about her main love interest. Sorry, forgot everyone's names.

yeetmcskeet, as has been mentioned in multiple comment threads, the test does not say that NO conversations between two women can be about a man, only that there has to be at least one that is about something else.

The movie consists of mostly female characters and has many different scenes depicting women talking to each other. Some scenes have women talking to each other about men but the majority do not. Therefore, the movie passes the Bechdel test.

Director: Anne Fletcher
Producers: Jenifer Aniston, Danny Nozell, and Christopher Tricarico
Narrative Arc: Willowdean Dixen is the protagonist of this film, it takes place in Texas, in present day. She is mourning the loss of her Aunt Lucy who raised her and accepted her more than her own mother for her size. Willowdean’s mother Rosie is a former beauty queen who is stuck in the past and lives vicariously through the young girls she judges and sews dresses for. All of Willowdean’s friends are female and join her in act of rebellion by signing up for her mother’s beauty pageant. This film passes the Bechdel test, the majority of the main and side characters consist of women with names and backgrounds. Most of their conversations concern the pageant, their emotional states, self-esteem issues (Willowdean) and just updating each other on their lives. The focus of the film is on Willowdean’s journey to self-acceptance and empowerment. This film provides representation for all bodies and the protagonist Willowdean actively fights fat-shaming in this movie and becomes her own woman.

Dumplin’ (2018) passes the Bechdel test. In one scene, characters Willowdean, Elle, Millie, and Hannah are talking about the pageant. Willowdean explains to Millie that they are participating in protest, not to win. They convince Millie to pull back in her enthusiasm. Although Willowdean’s coworker interrupts them, he is not inserting himself in their conversation. There is another scene from 75:62-76:72 that shows Willowdean and Elle making up from their fight. The conversation is just about them, and their friend named Callie.

I think a movie like Dumplin easily passes the Bechdel test. I do see other reviews mentioning that she does talk about her love interest to her friends but that is only a few times and it is important to the story. But other than that the film is filled with mainly female characters, who are all named. They talk about several different topics that don’t only revolve around men. The movie itself is pushing the idea of self love and friendship between these young girls, who all struggle with body issues or other insecurities. It’s a very touching and heart warming film that stays away from tropes usually put on plus sizes character, and overall I think it's a great movie.
