Sarah Connor talks to Miles Dyson's wife about the future and humanity. Although also present in the conversation is John Connor, Miles Dyson, and the Terminator.

She also talks to the guard about whether or not her escape will work.

She also has a conversation with the Mexican lady (Juanita?) when they visit the gunrunners, though it is in the background and muted, from the context it is unlikely to be about men.

I had to re-watch the critical scenes in this. Miles Dyson's wife's name is mentioned in the movie but her speaking role is limited, and it seems the conversation that involves bother Sara Conner and Tarissa Dyson, they're both really talking to Miles.

I'm not sure if it counts, but around the beginning of the film when the T-1000 is searching for John, it questions two little girls about the mall, who in turn briefly laugh to each other as the machine drives off.

This movie definitely doesn't pass. First, the guard Sarah talks to is credited only as "2nd Attendant", and even so their brief exchange is about Dr. Silberman. Second, while we do see Sarah talk to Yolanda, that fact that this conversation isn't heard renders it moot since they could have been talking about John for all we know. Finally, I too watched the scene with Tarissa Dyson several times, and it is clear from their body language that both Sarah and Tarissa are talking to Miles, not each other. Based on all of the above, this movie only passes one of the criteria.

In those examples you guys mentioned, none of the female couterparts are ever named. They shouldn't count.

The film definitely passes all 3 tests. I just watched the 3D re-release in theaters and the audio of Sarah and Jolanda's conversation in Spanish is audible despite being in the background. They exchange greetings and talk about how nice it is to see one another.
