I was really rooting for some contrived situation where Tessa Thompson would talk to the really excited middle management curly haired call center lady Diana DeBauchery (that elevator scene, you remember her) - but no dice!

And then like maaaaybe Tessa's character, Detroit, could maaaaybe talk to a woman who would give her name quickly at the art show, but again, no dice.

No bechdel, but golly what a great flick! Consolation that there are lots of scenes where black characters with names talk to each other about things that aren't white people
