Bechdel Test Movie List

Although in this high school movie, the romance between a Zombie and a cheerleader is the main narrative, the leading female character converses with both female secondary characters, one about cheerleading and how it's been their lifetime dream, and the other about the prejudice surrounding zombies. As an aside, her best friend isn't exactly in the standard cheerleading mould physically and it's not referenced once. Seeing a less than perfect figure in a movie aimed at kids is really refreshing. The two secondary zombie characters also buck the stereotypes. The female is the computing geek and the male is the gentle, compassionate musician despite his stature.
