I'd call this a narrow pass. Trish and her daughter Marla have an argument about whether Marla is too young for sex or not, and Trish tells Marla she got married too young herself. It's still about relationships, but it's more about their family and the mother/daughter dynamic than about one specific guy.

Marla and Trish's argument about sex is brief, but is not about Andy. It's Trish being angry that Marla has invaded her privacy, and Marla being angry that she is not allowed to have sex, unlike her mother.
They argue again about it later, and Marla's desire to get on birth control. That does not include or involve a man at all.
Then they discuss early pregnancy and how Trish was also a young mother, and how her older sister was a "mistaken pregnancy".
The movie passes all three tests.

I agree with the above comments I think that conversation about whether or not Marla is ready to have sex should count. It's technically not about a man just about her growing up and feeling that she's ready to be sexually active while her mother thinks she's still too young.
