The staff send Miss Phipps to the queen to deliver their threat to resign en-mass if she knights Abdul. (This being rather unfair since she isn't as upset as the others.)
The Queen meets Abdul's wife, but I don't think she has any lines, so doesn't qualify.
Possibly the Queen and her dressers, but I don't think they are named.
The whole film revolves around Abdul, so any scene passing the test would be rather vulnerable to editing.
