I was watching closely and the princess talks to her mother in the seconds after she is unfrozen. They both have names although I forgot them.

Princess Tilde's mother is only mentioned by her title. Eggsy erroneously calls her "Your Highness" and is corrected by the King who tells him they should both be referred to as "Your Majesty's". Tilde chastises him, saying it isn't a state function but their actual names aren't mentioned that I remember. Even in the credits they are simply referred to as The King of Sweden and The Queen of Sweden.
Since the Queen's character was a royal figure though, it may merit an exception under the circumstances. That would be up to whoever moderates the ratings.
